The Greenfield Parks and Recreation Department Umbrella Arts Program is a unique, award wining after school program that includes a great number of themes.
Themes include, Foreign Countries, Animal habitats, Wild West, Pioneers to Indiana, Yarn Spinners and much more. This is a perfect class for Home School children!
Participants get a chance to truly experience the exciting world of art through the umbrella of science, history, language, visual arts, writing and music. Each program is designed to allow each participant to read poetry, hear poetry , learn history, sing songs, make special projects, meet new people, and much more! They learn to paint, draw, speak basic Spanish/French, recognize music and work with clay. Art is presented in a way that our participants truly enjoy.
